My journey began several years ago following a profound experience that awakened a deep desire to explore consciousness, energy, and the connection between mind, body, and soul. Through years of daily meditation, I have cultivated a deeper connection with my own inner guidance, intuition, and psychic abilities. Inspired by an experience during meditation, I began painting as another form of intuitive expression. Today, my personal practice includes meditation, energy work, and heart-mind coherence. Certified in multiple healing modalities, I bring together conscious breathing techniques, energy clearing, intuitive and psychic readings, and guided paint pouring experiences. Through Art + Soul with DMaria, my intention is to help others awaken their own intuition, reconnect with their inner guidance, and discover the wisdom that resides within.
