We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return guidelines below.

Eligible Returns (Books & Cards Only)

Books and card decks may be returned within 60 days of delivery.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Items must be returned in unused, original condition.

• Once received and inspected, eligible returns will be processed accordingly.

Made-to-Order Items

All other items are made to order and are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or made-to-order items unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items

If your made-to-order item arrives damaged:

• Please contact us promptly with photos of the damage.

• Once the damaged item is returned and received, a replacement item (not a credit or refund) will be issued.

• We will cover return shipping by providing a prepaid shipping label.
